Indian Army has issued the notification for  the followingTechnical Recruitment under Short Service Commission Services

FORTIETH SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (TECHNICAL) MEN AND

ELEVENTH SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (TECHNICAL) WOMEN COURSE (APR - 2013) (INCLUDING WIDOWS OF DEFENCE PERSONNEL FOR TECH AND NON-TECH ENTRY)

Applications are invited from Married/Unmarried male and Unmarried female,as also from  widows of Defence Personnel for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army.

(b) AGE LIMIT STANDARDS FOR SSC GRANT:

(i) For SSC (Non Tech)-40 Men - 20 to 27 years. Born not earlier than 02 Apr 86 and not

latter than 01 Apr 93.

(ii) SSC  (Tech)-11Women - 20 to 27 years.  Born not earlier than 02 Apr 86 and not latter

than 01 Apr 93.

(iii) For Widows of Defence Personnel with four years age relaxation.

(a) For SSCW (Non Tech) - 19 to 29 years. Born not earlier than 02 Jan 84 and not latter

than 01 Jan 94.

(b) For SSCW (Tech)  - 20 to 31 years.  Born not earlier than 02 Apr 82 and not latter than

01 Apr 93
